Russell's feedback research

Award winning example of technology enhanced feedback

In 2006 Russell Stannard suggested that screen capture technology could be used to provide feedback to students on their written work. His idea was first published in July 2006 in the Modern Language Teacher and was later included in the Times Higher Newspaper. The idea generated widespread publicity and was included in National Student Forum 2009.

He is short version of a talk Russell at the Eaquals Conference in Latvia  April 2017. It goes through all the latest findings around the idea. It also a good examples of the idea in action.
